  • I am licensed in California (LMFT #135147) and see clients throughout all parts of California virtually and in person in Orange County, CA.

  • Sessions are currently $200 for 45 minutes.

    Payment is received through a secure online platform which allows you to use all major credit/debit cards as well as HSA or FSA cards.

    Under the “No Surprises Act”, you have the right to receive a good faith estimate of costs and services provided to you.

  • Yes and a majority of my clients have continued to utilize virtual care even as we enter post-pandemic life!

    Virtual therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy and is a convenient way to access mental health care from the comfort of your home or even from a confidential space during your lunch break!

    I utilize a HIPAA compliant platform to conduct sessions.

  • I currently offer in-person sessions in the Orange County area (just off the 405 & 73 freeways) for those interested in a face-to-face experience.

  • I currently accept some insurance plans through Cigna/Evernorth. Please know it is your responsibility to confirm your insurance benefits and I cannot guarantee coverage of services.

    I am not in-network with other insurance panels at this time. However, I am able to provide a superbill for services which you are able to submit to your insurance company on your own for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

    It is your responsibility to reach out to your insurance company and explore your out-of-network benefits and if you are eligible for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement of services.

    Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

    * Does my plan include out-of-network coverage for mental health?

    * Is there an annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, how much of my deductible have I met?

    * Is there a limit on the number of sessions my plan will cover per year? If yes, How many?

    * Is there a limit on out-of-pocket expenses per year?

    * What is my co-insurance percentage for mental health services?

    * Does my plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy?

    * Does my plan require a referral for psychotherapy?

  • I reserve a part of my caseload for individuals needing a reduced rate.

    *At this time, all reduced rate spots are filled.

  • While I myself identify as queer and specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care, I do not only work with queer and trans folks.

  • I support adolescents 12+ and adults of all ages.
